Possibly the most advanced carbon technology ever to be used on a rod blank. Developed for anglers who require extra casting capability while still maintaining a nice playing action. This 3.5lb version is ideal for range fishing using heavy leads or PVA bags. Hi-S carp rods combine a good playing action with exceptional casting abilities. With the exception of the Hi-S 200, all models demonstrate a crisp progressive action. However, the high modulus, low resin carbon used in the blank increases the recovery rate resulting in a far better casting tool than the action suggests.
Ring sizes: 40 30 20 16 12 12 (tip). Ultra slim, extra high modulus, 40T low resin carbon blank. Life-long blank finish (pioneered by the S range). Free Spirit S-Lite 3-leg rings whipped with burgundy coloured thread. CNC engineered Carbon Hi Clone seat with a weave that matches the blank and a blue betalight fitted on the top.
